1. Payment Options. Question: What payment options do you accept? Answer: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. Payment may also be made by bank draft, personal cheque, Paypal (non-credit card payments only) and direct bank transfer. For overseas personal cheques and bank transfers - please add AU$25 to cover our conversion charges. |

3. Buy Books Question: Do you buy books? Answer: We are always keen to buy books in our field, from single copies to gigantic libraries. Please contact us by phone or send us an email if you have anything you think may interest us. If the books are of sufficient value we are prepared to travel. |

5. Shipping Question: Will my parcel be safely packed? Answer: All care and effort is put into our packing to make sure that books and items arrive safely and in excellent condition, regardless of where in the world they are shipped. If, however, your parcel is damaged in transit, please retain the package and contact us. We can then arrange a replacement, or a refund. |

6. Where are we? Question: Where in the world is Macquarie, ACT? Answer: If you are a local, Macquarie is in Belconnen in North Canberra. We are adjacent to the Jamison centre. If you are an overseas visitor to our site, Macquarie is a lovely suburb in Canberra, in the Australian Capital Territory. Canberra is the capital city of Australia. |

7. Out of Stock Question: What happens if an item that I have ordered online is out of stock? Answer: We are able to reorder copies of the new books we list on-line but usually in the case of our out of print titles we have only one copy. In that case we will record your interest and let you know the next time we see a copy. If you have ordered using your credit card please rest assured that your card will not be charged if the book is not available. |
